The DoD SkillBridge Program provides an invaluable opportunity for Service members, Veterans, Reserve members and spouses to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, and/or internships during the last 180 days of service before transitioning from active duty to a civilian career. SkillBridge connects Service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences. Service members participating in SkillBridge receive their military compensation and benefits during the program.
The V3 Program connects service members with qualified companies to provide an invaluable opportunity for the member to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, and/or internships during the last 180 days of service before transitioning from active duty to a civilian career. As a V3 Certified Company, Altagrove has the opportunity to support transitioning service members by offering them an opportunity to experience civilian employment through 6-12 week internships to eligible applicants, with Commanders approval, and within six months prior to separation.
The Military Spouse Employment Program (MSEP) is a key initiative of the Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program. MSEP is a targeted recruitment and employment solution that provides spouses with direct access to employers, like Altagrove, who are actively committed to recruiting them.
