Altagrove, a leading technology solutions provider, proudly announces its role in delivering aero connectivity service for the 509th Strategic Signal Battalion, 2d Theater Signal Brigade during Exercise Brave Partner. This unprecedented exercise marks a historic validation of En route Mission Command (EMC) on a strategic network, with Altagrove at the forefront of planning, coordination, troubleshooting, and in-flight data capture.
The Altagrove team facilitated the execution of EMC on a C-17 aircraft, validating the Tactical Mission Data Platform aboard. Soldiers from the 509thStrategic Signal Battalion, 2d Theater Signal Brigade, achieved a historic milestone by enabling EMC outside of the U.S. while in flight, with Stryker vehicles transforming a military aircraft into a tactical command post. This groundbreaking initiative commenced the U.S. Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF) exercise, Brave Partner, on December 1, 2023 at Skopje International Airport.
